Key Responsibilities:
• Prospect new memberships through community events
• Build rapport with members and assess client goals
• Conduct tours for potential members and corporate clients
• Offer coaching on cardiovascular and weight training
• Maintain cleanliness and manage the front desk area
Requirements:
• Previous sales experience in a customer-oriented role
• Passion for fitness and helping others succeed
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Flexible availability for varying schedules
• CPR certification within three months of hire
