Drive parts and service sales with Brandt Tractor Ltd as a Customer Support Advisor in Whitby, building customer relationships daily.
This customer-facing position promotes products, incentives, parts, and services while providing after-sales support. You will prospect accounts, cultivate relationships, visit customers, and maintain communication. The work also includes territory planning, customer records, quotes, and sales reporting.
Key Responsibilities:- Prospect and cold call new accounts
- Promote products, incentives, parts, and services
- Visit customers to maximize sales opportunities
- Resolve complaints and communicate customer resolutions
- Maintain customer records, reports, and call logs
- Previous sales experience within the industry
- Valid driver’s license and clean driver’s abstract
- Ability to travel within an assigned territory
- Strong customer relationship-building abilities
- Parts or heavy equipment journeyperson ticket considered an asset
