• Maintain weekly cold calling, email prospecting, and social selling activity
• Research target verticals and develop new account insights
• Create focused one-to-one educational campaigns for accounts
• Qualify leads and schedule discovery meetings with appropriate personas
• Coordinate smooth handoffs of educated prospects with sales

• Previous Sales Development Representative or related experience
• Strong phone and email communication skills
• Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce
• Understanding of social media for selling
• Familiarity with discovery and qualification frameworks
