Ensure a secure healthcare environment as a Senior Duty Security Officer. Conduct effective patrols, respond to emergencies, and provide outstanding service under pressure.

In this full-time role, your main focus will be the safety of patients, visitors, and healthcare staff. You’ll carry out regular patrols, react to crises, enforce security policies, and maintain a detailed reporting system. Your ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations will contribute greatly to overall hospital security.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough patrols and response to incidents

• Ensure adherence to all security policies

• Create precise incident reports to document findings

• Oversee shift scheduling and implementation

• Respond swiftly to coded emergencies as needed

Requirements:

• Valid Security License for Ontario province

• First Aid & CPR – Level C certification is essential

• Healthcare security experience required (minimum one year)

• Certifications in Use of Force and Management of Aggressive Behavior

• Strong English communication skills, both oral and written
