Securiguard is looking for a Shift Supervisor with security leadership experience, ideally within healthcare and commercial fields. This role demands a valid Ontario Security License and requires you to manage CCTV operations, access control, and incident response. Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and enforce security policies and procedures

• Supervise access control and monitor surveillance systems

• Respond swiftly to security incidents and reports

• Manage effective crowd control during busy times

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations on-site

Requirements:

• At least 1.5 years of security experience

• Supervisor experience preferred or an asset

• Valid Ontario Security License is necessary

• Standard First Aid & Level C CPR certification needed

• Capability to address problems with discretion
