Security Concierge

Position: Security Concierge ON
Join First Service Residential as a Security Concierge in Oshawa, ON, focusing on customer service and safety. This role supports residents by providing assistance and information on-site every weekend.

As a Security Concierge, you will manage customer inquiries, maintain safety protocols, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere. Key traits include being self-motivated, detail-oriented, and possessing outstanding communication skills. You'll be part of a dedicated team working to enhance resident experiences and maintain organizational reputation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist residents by answering questions and giving directions

• Manage and screen messages from residents and vendors

• Ensure safety and access control procedures are followed

• Conduct property patrols and respond to emergencies

• Maintain confidentiality of resident information

Requirements:

• Valid Ontario Security License required

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Strong communication skills for client interaction

• Willingness to work Saturday and Sunday shifts
