Supervisor - Security

AFIMAC Canada is seeking experienced Supervisors for upcoming assignments related to labour disruptions, organized protests, and man‑made crisis/disasters.

This position will require you to work 12‑hour shifts, 7 days per week when assigned to a project.

You will earn: $25 per hour before over‑time, up to $5,200 bi‑weekly (based on an 84‑hour work week). Paid travel up to 4 hours, hotel accommodation provided when required, and $30 per day meal allowance when lodging is required. Temporary contracts range from 1–120 days.

• Supervisory or leadership experience in the security field
• Former military, emergency management, project management, or law enforcement experience is an asset
• Flexibility and willingness to travel to projects for extended periods of time
• Ability to work 84 hours per week (12‑hour shifts, including weekends and holidays)
• Excellent organization and computer skills
• Ability to work in a high‑stress environment
• Solid leadership and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to deploy on short notice (as projects dictate)
• Ability to manage investigators and security personnel deployed in the field
• Ability to train, motivate, and improve staff performance
• Ability to professionally manage staff conflicts
• Ability to work with a diverse group of staff
• Clean criminal record
• Valid driver's license and vehicle
• Previous supervisory experience in the security field preferred
• English (required)
• Security License (preferred)
• Private Investigator License (preferred)
• Class 5 or Class G Driver's License (required)
