As a Security Concierge, your responsibilities include addressing resident needs, maintaining safety protocols, and managing vendor access. Ideal candidates are self-motivated and detail-oriented, equipped with excellent organizational skills. This position is critical in creating a safe and welcoming experience for all residents.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and clarify residents’ needs and questions
• Ensure all safety procedures are maintained effectively
• Conduct regular patrols and respond promptly to incidents
• Maintain confidentiality of all resident information
• Schedule and manage vendor services on-site
Requirements:
• Must have a valid Ontario Security License
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Capable of lifting 50 lbs. and standing for long periods
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Ability to work two shifts per week
