AFIMAC Canada is looking for Project Coordinators with experience in crisis management and labour disruptions. This role involves long shifts and the potential for extensive travel and deployment.
As a Project Coordinator, you'll respond to organized protests and manage crisis situations across Ontario. Candidates should possess military, law enforcement, or emergency management backgrounds, demonstrating strong leadership and organizational skills. The position entails working up to 12-hour shifts and may require travel for projects lasting from 1 to 120 days.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate various crisis management assignments in Ontario
• Lead teams during labour disruptions and protests
• Manage client relations at senior executive levels
• Oversee investigators and security personnel in the field
• Ensure compliance with legal obligations and testify as needed
Requirements:
• 1 year project or emergency management experience
• Military or law enforcement background preferred
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle required
• Clean criminal record necessary
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
