Position: Oshawa Security Concierge Role
Join First Service Residential as a Security Concierge, providing crucial support to residents in Oshawa. This role demands excellent communication and a detail-oriented approach to resident interactions.

As a Security Concierge, your core responsibility is to assist and inform residents while ensuring safety and privacy. This position requires you to manage vendor access and provide high-level customer service within the community. You will be expected to stay calm and effective, adhering to security procedures at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and clarify residents' needs efficiently

• Manage messages and vendor access effectively

• Enforce safety and access control procedures

• Perform routine patrols and document incidents

• Provide exceptional customer service to all visitors

Requirements:

• Must hold a valid Ontario Security License

• Preferred high school diploma or relevant college courses

• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods

• Strong organizational skills for effective duty execution

• Excellent verbal communication skills
