As a Security Concierge, you will be responsible for addressing resident inquiries, maintaining safety protocols, and providing exceptional customer service. You'll help manage access for vendors and uphold the organization’s reputation through professionalism and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and clarify residents' needs and questions

• Manage messages and schedule vendor access

• Ensure safety and confidentiality in all interactions

• Observe premises, ensuring safe and clean conditions

• Enforce regulations and assist authorities as needed

Requirements:

• Valid Ontario Security License required

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Experience in customer service or security valued

• Effective communication skills are essential

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
