You will work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to maintain a secure atmosphere while interacting respectfully with patients and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor access points and verify credentials

• Conduct regular interior and exterior patrols

• Respond promptly to security incidents

• Document security incidents and observations

• Utilize de-escalation techniques in conflicts

Requirements:

• Valid Security Guard License and First Aid/CPR

• Previous experience in security, preferably healthcare

• Strong communication and observational skills

• Ability to complete detailed reports

• Flexibility for shifts, including weekends and holidays
