Position: Facilitator for Social Enterprise Skills Training
Serve as a volunteer facilitator in a community-driven job skills program. Enable adults with developmental exceptionalities to gain job training and enhance their independence through involvement.

This role is essential to the Social Enterprise Program, which supports skill development for individuals. As a facilitator, you will lead engaging sessions on Tuesday and Thursday evenings, helping participants transform their lives through learning. No experience is needed—only a genuine commitment to assist others.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate training for job readiness

• Guide participants with developmental exceptionalities

• Create a fun and supportive learning space

• Encourage community engagement and connections

• Help increase participant self-sufficiency

Requirements:

• Minimum age requirement of 16 years

• Commitment to Tuesday and Thursday evenings

• Compassionate and encouraging nature

• No previous volunteer experience required

• Eagerness to contribute to community development
