Employment Services Job Developer Needed

This position encompasses job matching and retention tasks within Community Employment Services. You will develop outreach strategies and facilitate training programs, particularly for clients who face challenges in the job market. Travel to different employment sites is part of the role, with some evening or weekend work required as necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct job matching for Employment Ontario clients

• Reach out and recruit local employers for job placements

• Work closely with Employment Specialists to meet targets

• Implement training plans and monitor placements

• Support clients post-placement for sustained employment

Requirements:

• Three-year diploma or degree in social services

• 5+ years working in job development fields

• Experience in recruitment or sales settings

• Excellent communication and tech skills

• Valid G driver's license and reliable transportation
