What You Will Do In This Role

As a bilingual Health Claims Specialist, you’ll:

Handle inbound claim requests (dental, drug, health and vision)
Manually adjudicating inbound claims
Retrieve approved reimbursement amounts and create settlements
Effectively close reimbursement requests in a timely manner

Your Qualifications

Your skills, integrity, knowledge, and genuine compassion will deliver value and success with every customer interaction. Other qualifications for our bilingual Health Claims Specialist, role include:

Must be at least 18 years of age or older
Must possess minimum High School Diploma or equivalent
Call Center experience is an asset
Claims processing experience Preferred
Minimum of 1 year customer service experience (retail, restaurant and or call center) Preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with extreme attention to detail and ownership
Advanced computer proficiency (including knowledge of windows-based applications)
Excellent written and verbal communications and typing skills required
Mandatory attendance throughout the training period required

Demonstrates excellent communication skills and ability to have critical conversations with individuals while maintaining a professional environment
Prioritizes work to meet multiple deliverables and deadlines

The base wage for this position is $25.71 (pay rate will not be below the applicable minimum wage), plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies.
