Key Responsibilities:
• Educate tenants on the Residential Tenancies Act and Landlord processes
• Support tenants with safety and property standard concerns
• Create plain-language resources for landlords and tenants
• Identify eviction risks and connect tenants to services
• Prepare reports on tenant issues for city leadership
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in a relevant field
• Familiarity with housing legislation and rights
• Strong relational skills with diverse communities
• Ability to communicate complex legal concepts
• Intermediate skills in MS Office suite
