Our client, a leading organization within the public sector, is seeking a Senior QA Automation Engineer Developer to play a key role in delivering high-quality, reliable software solutions. You will collaborate closely with developers, architects, and cross-functional teams to build scalable automation frameworks and elevate testing strategies. Your Responsibilities

You’ll design and implement comprehensive automation strategies across functional, performance, and integration testing

You’ll develop scalable and reusable automation frameworks supporting multiple environments

You’ll lead and mentor teams, fostering best practices and a strong quality-focused culture

You’ll integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines for seamless deployment validation

You’ll analyze defects and system performance, driving root cause analysis and continuous improvement

You’ll define and report on quality metrics aligned with business and technical objectives

Skills and Qualifications

6–8 years of progressive experience in QA automation and software testing

Strong programming skills in Java, C#, JavaScript, or Python

Hands‑on experience with UI and API automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, and REST

Expertise in automation frameworks and TDD/BDD tools like TestNG and Cucumber

Experience integrating automation within CI/CD pipelines using tools like Git Hub

Version control and test management tools such as Azure Test Plan, ALM/Quality Center, qTest

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to improve test coverage and system reliability
