Build integration components using REST and SOAP web services, ensuring performance, reliability, and security.

Develop and maintain batch and file‑based integrations using SFTP and scheduled jobs.

Work with SAP Integration Services / middleware platforms to orchestrate data flows and transformations.

API & Middleware Responsibilities

Configure and manage API integrations using Azure API Management (APIM) or equivalent enterprise integration platforms.

Support API lifecycle management (design, versioning, security, monitoring).

Enterprise Architecture and Integration teams

Cybersecurity and Infrastructure teams

External vendors and system integrators

Translate functional requirements into technical integration designs.

Participate in design reviews, code reviews, and solution walkthroughs.

Support testing activities (unit, system, integration, UAT) and production cutovers.

Provide ongoing post‑go‑live support and optimization.

Operational Excellence & Documentation

Ensure integrations follow enterprise standards for security, performance, and maintainability.

Create and maintain technical documentation, interface specifications, and support runbooks.

Support incident management, root‑cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
