As a key player in our technology team, you will utilize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Pages, and other Microsoft technologies to build outstanding solutions. Collaborate closely with stakeholders to deliver innovations that meet business requirements, continually enhancing system performance and user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct business analysis to align solutions with client needs
• Design user interfaces and integrations within Dynamics 365
• Configure and customize CRM solutions effectively
• Implement automated workflows using Power Automate
• Troubleshoot and validate application performance and quality
Requirements:
• 5+ years of IT experience, with a focus on Dynamics 365
• Strong technical skills in SQL, C#, and relevant SDKs
• Ability to analyze business requirements effectively
• Experience in application development and testing practices
• Strong communication skills for diverse team dynamics
