Job Description  Role  The AI Solutions Architect will design, build, and operate production-grade AI and automation systems across internal operations and client engagements. This hands-on role focuses on reliable, secure, and scalable systems engineering, cloud architecture (Azure preferred), integrations, and turning internal solutions into repeatable, productized offerings.

Key Responsibilities   Design and build internal automations for bookkeeping, accounting, and operations.
Implement AI tools and LLM integrations to reduce manual work and improve accuracy.
Connect systems using APIs, webhooks, and automation platforms; maintain and scale internal applications (e.g., using Lovable).
Define client requirements and translate business problems into functional and non-functional system designs (scalability, reliability, security).
Maintain, debug, and improve existing internal and client-facing applications; take prototypes to production-grade systems.
Design and support cloud-based architecture (particularly Azure), deployments, and environment structure (dev/test/prod).
Implement logging, monitoring, error handling, and reusable components and patterns.
Drive data security, privacy, and compliance best practices (SOC-related readiness).
Lead internal AI training and enablement; help establish standards, guardrails, and processes for an evolving AI & automation function.
Contribute to productization of internal tools and creation of repeatable client offerings.
Requirements   3+ years of experience in automation, systems building, or software development.
Demonstrated experience building production systems that real users depend on (not prototypes or PoCs).
Hands-on experience with n8n, ChatGPT / LLM integrations, Notion, APIs, webhooks, and low-code/no-code platforms such as Lovable.

Experience with cloud platforms and deploying/supporting applications in Azure (including Azure Functions, storage, AI services).
Familiarity with tools like Supabase and Zapier.
Strong system design skills covering functional and non-functional requirements (scalability, reliability, security).
Knowledge of data security and compliance concepts (e.g., SOC
2) and experience with financial or operational workflows.
Strong problem-solving, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills; ability to break down ambiguous problems and deliver maintainable solutions.
