This Systems Developer role focuses on programming, code maintenance, and documented processes within IT Solution Delivery. You will work with Guidewire products, Java or J2EE, Maven or Gradle, JUnit, XML, and relational or No
SQL databases.
Experience with REST or SOAP services and message queues strengthens your fit.
Key Responsibilities:
Participate in program coding and feature design
Support estimates, status reporting, and technical documentation
Assist developed-code unit testing and functionality verification
Support system and user acceptance testing activities
Learn IT standards, methodologies, processes, and tools
Requirements:
Three years in information technology or a related field
Post-secondary education in information technology or computer science
One or more years using Java object-oriented programming
Proficiency with Java, JUnit, XML, and build tools
Experience integrating Guidewire with external systems
Use Java development, Guidewire integration, and testing knowledge to deliver documented system solutions within CGL’s IT team.
