Become a Fleet Management Planning Specialist with Alstom in Etobicoke and Whitby, Canada. This role focuses on data-driven planning and stakeholder collaboration for optimal fleet performance.
In this position, you’ll apply your expertise in fleet planning and analysis to develop maintenance plans that ensure safety and operational efficiency. Working closely with diverse teams in Production, Engineering, and Supply Chain, you’ll track fleet conditions and adjust plans proactively based on analytical insights. Continuous improvement will guide your efforts in managing fleet availability and maintenance execution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop comprehensive maintenance plans for the fleet
• Evaluate fleet conditions and performance for planning adjustments
• Monitor defect trends to inform planning decisions
• Coordinate fleet movements and maintenance at outstations
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives in planning
Requirements:
• Degree in Engineering, Operations, or related fields
• 2 years’ experience in planning or operational role
• Proficient in data analysis and Microsoft Excel
• Familiarity with CMMS tools, preferably Maximo
• Strong communication and organizational skills
