Float Driver - Heavy Equipment Rentals

Tri-City Equipment, a recognized Industry Leader in Heavy Equipment Rentals and part of Toromont Cat, is looking for a  Float Driver  to join our team!

Job Type:  Full-time, Permanent

Compensation:  $31.00

In a typical day, YOU will:

Safely move equipment around the yard and load onto float transports (Lowboy)

Ensure the safe and proper chain-down of equipment onto floats and ensure secured

Following traffic rules, safely deliver the equipment to customer sites

Effectively communicate with customers for timely information about pick-up and drop off’s

Load / off-load the equipment and take detailed pictures of all units before and after the rental

Be able to run Geotab in support of electronic driving logs.

Must-haves for this role:

A valid AZ driver’s license and 3 years of related experience

Demonstrated ability to drive 18 speed manual transmission truck

Customer service oriented with effective communication and interpersonal skills
