Miller Group is seeking dedicated individuals with an AZ or DZ license to fulfill the role of Snow Plow Operator. You will be responsible for efficient snow removal on local roads while maintaining equipment and documenting activities. Adapting to extreme winter weather and responding promptly is essential in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate combo plow unit for local road snow clearance

• Document daily activities, including fuel and safety reports

• Maintain and clean snow removal equipment consistently

• Understand route maps and application rates for salt/sand

• Meet call-in protocols during adverse weather

Requirements:

• AZ or DZ license with a clear driving history

• Knowledge of manual transmission driving, preferred

• Previous winter operations experience is desirable

• Ability to perform minor repairs and maintenance

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
