Guelph Roll Off Operator Position

The Solid Waste Resources Division at the City of Guelph is looking for a Roll Off Operator. This full-time role requires you to have a DZ driver's license and relevant experience in operating roll off trucks. You will perform vehicle inspections and maintain safety standards while assisting in curbside waste collection operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate roll off vehicles safely around Guelph

• Perform vehicle inspections and report issues

• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the vehicle

• Collect curbside waste when necessary

• Move and manage waste containers efficiently

Requirements:

• Valid DZ driver’s license with a good driving history

• Experience operating roll off trucks in traffic

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Good communication skills for public interaction

• Ability to lift up to 20 kg and work outdoors
