As a Warehouse Manager, you will oversee a 430,000 sqft facility and drive daily operations, ensuring productivity targets are met. Your expertise will be essential in setting up efficient layouts, managing inventory control, and enforcing operational guidelines. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily warehouse operations including shipping and receiving
• Oversee and maintain distribution center systems and equipment
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legislation standards
• Plan work rotations and assign tasks effectively
• Produce regular reports on warehouse performance
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a warehouse manager
• Strong knowledge of warehousing KPIs and best practices
• Proficient with warehouse management ERP systems
• BS degree in logistics, supply chain management, or business administration
• Leadership skills and problem-solving abilities
