GEODIS is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee warehouse operations in Canada. Focus on inventory integrity, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
• Establish and lead warehouse operational procedures
• Ensure equipment maintenance and safety compliance
• Partner with engineering for warehouse layout efficiency
• Monitor performance indicators for operational success
• Provide hands-on management of staffing and training
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field
• 3-5 years of experience in warehouse operations
• Experience with warehouse management systems preferred
• Strong PC skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents
