Key Responsibilities:

• Manage operations and lead the warehouse team

• Set and achieve departmental performance targets

• Ensure seamless inbound receiving and outbound shipping

• Prioritize safety compliance and staff training

• Oversee KPI review and reporting

Requirements:

• 5 years of experience in a distribution management role

• Strong communication skills, fluent in English

• Proven ability in team leadership and conflict resolution

• Proficient with Microsoft Office and warehouse technology

• MHE certified, able to operate machinery safely
