Join GEODIS as a PM Shift Warehouse Operations Supervisor, managing key evening shifts that keep operations running smoothly.
Your role will focus on staff management and ensuring efficient warehouse processes.
As a Warehouse Operations Supervisor, you will coordinate critical distribution activities, supervise order fulfillment, and enhance team performance. Your experience will be pivotal in maintaining compliance with safety standards while improving operational efficiencies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations in the warehouse
• Lead and train warehouse personnel
• Schedule work assignments based on inventory supply
• Manage digital payroll records accurately
• Ensure adherence to safety and quality protocols
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years warehouse experience
• 1 year in a supervisory capacity
• Familiarity with warehouse systems and equipment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to follow safety and operational guidelines
