The Business Analyst II is responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and delivering data-driven solutions to various stakeholders. The Business Analyst II will work closely with project managers, developers, and end-users to ensure that business requirements are met and the project objectives are achieved. The Business Analyst II will also provide training, documentation, and support for the implemented solutions.

• Conduct interviews, workshops, and document business requirements from stakeholders and end-users.
• Analyze and evaluate business processes, systems, and user needs, and propose solutions that align with the business goals and objectives.
• Create and maintain business requirements documents, functional specifications, use cases, and process maps as needed.
• Collaborate with IT teams, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure business requirements are translated into technical specifications and implemented according to the project plan.
• Be the subject matter expert for one or two key systems.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance and impact of business solutions and provide feedback and recommendations for improvement.
• Participate in testing activities, such as creating test plans, test cases, test scripts, and test data, and executing and validating test results.
• Provide systems support and training to end-users.
• Troubleshoot and resolve systems issues as they arise.

• Knowledge and understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
• Proficiency in using MS Office, MS Visio, MS Project, and other software applications related to business analysis.
• Effective communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and quality, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
