Senior Project Manager – Electrical Construction

Location:

Travel-Based | Preferred Home Markets: NM, NV, CO, TX, OK, LA, MS, AL, AR

Employment Type:

Full-Time | Travel Required

We are partnered with a well-known electrical contractor seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong background in commercial and industrial electrical construction to lead large-scale projects across the country.

This is a full-time travel position supporting major electrical construction projects in markets including data centers, advanced manufacturing, healthcare, government, and sports & entertainment.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead electrical construction projects from preconstruction through completion
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, procurement, subcontractors, vendors, and field operations
  • Coordinate closely with clients, owners, general contractors, engineers, and project teams
  • Oversee project financial performance, change orders, forecasting, and cost control
  • Provide leadership throughout project execution and maintain accountability for schedule, budget, and quality
  • Support project planning, constructability reviews, procurement, and project closeout
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders
What We’re Looking For
  • 7+ years of electrical construction project management experience
  • Experience managing $20M+ electrical scopes
  • Strong commercial and industrial electrical construction background
  • Experience with large, complex projects such as:
  • Advanced manufacturing
  • Sports & entertainment
  • Strong understanding of electrical construction processes, scheduling, procurement, and project financials
  • Ability to lead projects and coordinate effectively with field teams, clients, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively on a full-time basis
Preferred Home Markets

Candidates currently based in New Mexico, Nevada, Colorado, Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, or Arkansas are preferred.
