Position: Project Manager I
Bildt, LLC, a subsidiary of the Boldt Group

Location:

Oshkosh, Wi

At Bildt, we believe great projects are built through strong relationships, collaboration, and a shared commitment to doing things the right way.

We’re looking for a Project Manager I who brings roughly 4–6 years of construction or related experience and is ready to lead projects in the fast-moving world of modular and industrialized construction. This person will serve as a key connection between our customers, project teams, production operations, trade partners, and other stakeholders, helping move projects from initial concept through manufacturing, installation, and final closeout.

The ideal candidate understands construction drawings, specifications, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and project controls while bringing a relationship-focused approach to both customers and teammates.

This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who enjoys bringing people and processes together to achieve results. You’ll oversee project schedules and budgets, coordinate design, manufacturing, procurement, and field installation, manage risk and quality, and help ensure work is completed safely and to the highest standards. You’ll also lead and develop team members, build lasting customer relationships, and use production data and project insights to identify efficiencies and keep work moving forward.

If you’re a collaborative, solutions-focused leader who enjoys working across construction and manufacturing environments and wants to help shape the future of how projects are built, this could be a great opportunity to grow with Bildt.
