$47 - $55 / hour plus an uncapped incentive plan

• Sign-On Bonus - $6,000

• Being a key partner in developing patient care plans alongside the doctor, using American Academy of Periodontology (AAP) guidelines
• Managing your schedule to allow for comprehensive patient care and education
• Expanding knowledge and skills through structured continuing professional development
• Collaborating with the dental team to provide exceptional patient care

• Perform dental hygiene services in accordance with state regulations and practice guidelines
• Educate patients on oral health, treatment plans, and preventive care
• Maintain accurate patient records and coordinate with the clinical team

• Associate degree or higher in dental hygiene from an accredited institution
• Active dental hygiene license in the state of practice
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages and backgrounds
