JOB DESCRIPTIONThe Senior Process Engineer is responsible for developing, optimizing and maintaining manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste and ensure consistent product quality. This role supports equipment performance and new system commissioning, leads process improvements using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies and provides technical expertise in troubleshooting, root cause analysis and PFMEA. The engineer collaborates cross-functionally on new product and equipment launches, ensures compliance with safety, environmental, GMP/HACCP standards and communicates performance insights through reports and presentations.
The position also delivers training on processes and quality standards, promotes a culture of continuous improvement and safety and requires a bachelor’s degree with strong analytical and communication skills.
