Supplier Quality Engineer
Location:
Oshkosh, WI
Pay Range: $33–$37 per hour
Schedule:
Full-time, 40 hours per week
Summary:
We are seeking a Quality Engineer to support and enhance our quality systems across all processes. This role ensures continuous improvement in quality performance and customer satisfaction by collaborating with multiple departments. The position provides procedures, practices, and information to meet quality objectives while optimizing productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in implementing and managing the quality plan.
- Develop and maintain Quality Systems for consistent inspection and testing.
- Track and report quality measurements and analysis.
- Evaluate and improve quality standards; coordinate development where needed.
- Complete special assignments as required.
- Promote quality initiatives in manufacturing and support functions to meet company objectives.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
- 1+ years of relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Six Sigma certification and CQE.
