Position: Member Services Attendant - Full-Time Opener (Oshkosh 20th Ave YMCA)

Welcome Desk staff are professional administrative staff who validate memberships, enroll new members, facilitate program registration, and provide support to both members and staff. We welcome applicants from a variety of backgrounds who can move comfortably throughout the building and enjoy creating a positive experience for everyone who walks through our doors. Customer service experience is helpful, but a friendly, dependable approach and a willingness to learn are just as important. Strong organizational, interpersonal, computer, and communication skills will help you succeed in this role, along with the ability to guide and teach others.

CPR/AED certification is provided and must be completed within 90 days of hire.
