• Manage and develop long-term relationships with healthcare providers and key stakeholders in the assigned territory
• Drive product acceptance and growth through targeted education and strategic account management
• Execute territory sales strategies to meet or exceed sales objectives via in-person and virtual communications
• Identify and address territory-specific opportunities and barriers to product success
• Uphold highest ethical standards and compliance with FDA guidelines and pharmaceutical industry best practices

• BS/BA degree in science or related field AND a minimum of 4 years of commercial pharma/biotech experience, including 3+ years of specialty pharmaceutical or related sales experience
• Strong understanding of healthcare regulatory environments and proven track record of meeting sales objectives
• Ability to lead and participate in cross-functional teams, building trust and support among peers
• Proficiency with business systems and sales platforms (e.g., , Oracle, SAP)
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record, with residence in the geographic area of the assigned territory

• Master's degree in science or related field with 2+ years of similar experience
• Experience with specialty pharmacy distribution and knowledge of psychiatric/neurological conditions
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent project management abilities
• Entrepreneurial attitude and adaptability to fast-paced environments
