Plasma Center EMT/Paramedic – Bio Life Plasma Services
Bio Life Plasma Services is seeking an EMT‑Paramedic to support daily plasma donation operations in Oshkosh, WI. The role reports to the Plasma Center Manager and performs clinical and operational support activities under the guidance of the Center Physician.
Responsibilities- Determine donor eligibility and manage informed consent, medical history interview, physical examination, and laboratory test review.
- Evaluate donor reactions and follow standard operating procedures for medical emergencies, including coordination with the Center Physician and emergency transport.
- Provide center level support for environmental, health and safety (EHS) guidance and support Hepatitis B and Seasonal Flu vaccination programs for employees.
- Manage employee incidents and refer to occupational health/ER when necessary; support investigations related to pandemic threats as directed by EHS or Medical Affairs.
- High school diploma or equivalent; recognized nursing program education preferred.
- Licensed EMT‑Paramedic in the state of assignment.
- Current CPR and AED certification; basic IV therapy proficiency required.
- Completion of FDA approved Bio Life Medical Support Specialist training.
- Minimum two years of clinical or hospital experience.

Hourly wage range: $23.85 – $32.79. Additional eligibility for short‑term incentives and standard U.S. employee benefits such as 401(k) plan, health, dental, vision insurance, and paid time off.
