• Prepare patients and escort them to dressing and x‑ray rooms, provide verbal and written instructions, and assist with positioning.
• Operate radiologic equipment, set exposure time and distance, and take x‑rays following established regulations to ensure patient care and safety.
• Use radiation safety measures and protection devices to protect patients and team members.
• Maintain radiologic equipment, report malfunctions, and ensure all workflows and EMR cross‑walks are correct.
• Complete required documentation for each x‑ray visit and maintain calibration, QA/QC, and record keeping in accordance with policy.

• Perform DOT and non‑DOT drug and alcohol testing and rapid screening tests.
• Take vital signs, perform physical examinations, and administer vaccines, injections, phlebotomy, audiograms, and respiratory fit testing.
• Assist providers during examination and treatment, triage emergent patients, and perform routine medical procedures as ordered by the treating clinician.
• Apply bandages, dressings, and splints, dispense medications and DME, and complete quality assurance activities on equipment and medical devices.
• Maintain supplies, clean rooms, and stock exam rooms; operate and record keeping for all medical devices.
• Guide patients through expected wait times, handle clerical tasks in front and back office, and ensure HIPAA compliance.
• Attend center staff meetings, maintain a clean appearance, and complete training including clinical competency monthly.

• High School Diploma or GED; graduate of an accredited radiologic technology program and state certification.
• Registered with The American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) and holds an active, valid certification.
• CPR/First Aid certification.
• At least six months of medical assistant experience with knowledge of medical procedures and terminology; preferred occupational medicine experience.
