Senior Therapist

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Therapist, located in Oshkosh, WI.

• Design, implement, and oversee individualized treatment plans for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Conduct assessments and develop teaching strategies.
• Train and supervise therapy teams.
• Collaborate with families to ensure progress and success.
• Monitor and analyze therapy effectiveness.
• Document progress reports.
• Maintain a positive and engaging environment for children to help them achieve developmental milestones.

• Strong skills in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), therapy design, and delivering evidence-based treatment methods.
• Experience with child development, individualized learning strategies, and working directly with children with Autism.
• Proficiency in training, supervising teams, and collaborating with families.
• Excellent communication skills, genuine compassion, and ability to build positive relationships with children and their caregivers.
