Assisted Living Caregiver - PM Shift Med Passer +$1/hour
Evergreen is seeking compassionate caregivers to join the Assisted Living household. Medication administration is required. Med passers receive an additional $1 per hour plus the shift differential.
PM shift: 2:00 pm–10:15 pm. 7 shifts per 2‑week pay period. Every other weekend and holiday required.
Base hourly wage: $15.50+/hour. +$1/hour for med passing duties. PM shifts include a $2 per hour shift differential. Paid training, pick‑up pay an extra $4/hr, and annual wage increase.
Responsibilities- Assure resident needs are met in a timely manner (call lights, personal requests, ADLs)
- Administer medications, monitor side effects, and document accordingly
- Promptly inform unit nurse of a change in resident’s condition and/or needs
- Document care and service provided in a thorough and timely manner
- At least 17 years of age
- Strong prioritization and organization skill
- Flu shot required annually Oct‑March
