IAM Engineer Lead

The IAM Engineer Lead will drive policies and best practices of Identity Access and Management (IAM) across the enterprise organization. Assess continuous improvement based on technology upgrades, software, systems, and best practices. Responsible for monitoring, upgrading, support, and management of IAM infrastructure related systems.
Advanced knowledge of ITIL framework, ticket resolutions, and stakeholder response Other duties as assigned.  
** MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
** Five (5) or more years of experience in the field or in a related area. Strong communication, time management, problem solving, teamwork, leadership, mentoring, project management, business acumen, requirements gathering, planning.
** STANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS*
* * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
* Previous experience working with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC)
