Must have US Citizenship.

Hybrid model: 3 days in‑office, 2 days remote. Preferred location:
Global Headquarters, Oshkosh, WI. Relocation assistance available. Also open to Frederick, MD and McConnellsburg, PA.

• Provide day‑to‑day operational support of the Microsoft Azure Gov Cloud ecosystem, ensuring installations, configuration, deployments, integrations, updates and administration are streamlined using Azure Kubernetes, Terraform Enterprise, Git Hub and equivalent tools.
• Conduct triage and resolution of cloud ecosystem issues and outages.
• Act as an active member of project teams following senior leadership design and project plans.
• Coordinate and communicate with cross‑functional teams for server, storage, support, database and security efforts.
• Continuously monitor and analyze cloud ecosystem performance and make data‑driven improvements.
• Learn and adopt new technologies and best practices across cloud, continuous integration, automation and process improvement.
• Design, implement and operate complex solutions.

• Four (4) or more years of experience in the field or a related area.
• Good communication, self‑starter, overall positive attitude and current Microsoft Azure Gov Cloud experience.
• Advanced understanding of public and private clouds, IaaS, data security standards, system messaging and data feeds.
• Experience in monitoring, troubleshooting, scripting, deployment, integration, messaging, automation and orchestration.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, problem‑solving ability, time management, teamwork, attention to detail and customer service orientation.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
