50% Remote Pay Rate: $140K - $160K /10% bonus

Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days remote)
Location:
Oshkosh, WI or New Hudson, MIResponsibilities:
Lead the strategic vision, architectural design, and operational deployment of predictive modeling, advanced analytics, and AI solutions.
Architect, build, and deploy production-grade machine learning models and applications.
Establish coding, testing, evaluation, and documentation standards.
Partner with Data Engineering and Dev Ops to establish CI/CD pipelines and automated workflows.
Collaborate with executive leadership to translate business challenges into data science initiatives.
Define and prioritize the AI and analytics roadmap, aligning with business objectives.
Articulate complex methodologies to executive stakeholders.
Champion data integrity, security, and compliance with AI safety standards.
Mentor and coach junior and mid-level data scientists.
Foster an agile, delivery-focused environment.
Cultivate an inclusive, collaborative culture.
Requirements:
Master’s degree or Ph.D. in a related quantitative discipline or equivalent practical experience.
Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in data science or machine learning engineering.
Expert proficiency in Python and advanced SQL.
Experience with supervised/unsupervised learning, deep learning models, and NLP.Familiarity with enterprise cloud ecosystems and distributed compute systems.
Knowledge of model tracking, containerization, and orchestration platforms.
Proficiency in business intelligence and visualization tools.
