Senior In‑House Litigation Attorney

Primary focus: manage complex litigation and counsel on regulatory, competition, healthcare law and other key risk areas. Assist in handling and winning multi‑million‑dollar disputes, minimize risk through proactive counseling, and represent the company in high‑stakes legal proceedings.

• Manage complex litigation across regulatory, competition, and healthcare law.
• Draft motions, briefs, and take depositions.
• Conduct oral arguments, lead settlement negotiations, and try cases.
• Provide proactive counseling to minimize risk.
• Represent the company in high‑stakes legal proceedings.
• Forge relationships with vendors and industry collaborators.
• Ensure compliance with legal frameworks in the U.S. and abroad.

• JD with experience counseling toward risk mitigation and litigation.
• Experience drafting motions and briefs, taking depositions, conducting oral arguments, leading settlement negotiations, and trying cases.
• Competition and regulatory litigation experience is a plus.
• Strong academic and professional background.
• Eye for detail, creative mind, and excellent communication, writing, and analytic skills.
