Job SummaryThe Winnebago Supervised Visitation (SV) program provides supervision for children who are in temporary foster care placement and their families. The Winnebago SV Supervisor will direct and monitor all aspects of service provided by the program. The Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that services are administered in accordance with the contract.
Key Responsibilities of the Supervisor- Hire, train, supervise, and manage Winnebago SV program staff.
- Schedule and coordinate all visits referred for visitation.
- Carry out objectives set by management.
- Set and monitor staff caseloads and ensure daily coverage.
- Prepare required reports and all other program documentation accurately and on time.
- Act as a resource for workers in emergency and crisis situations.
- Ensure quality assurance through file reviews.
- Perform all duties of a Supervised Visitation Worker
- Provide Car Seat Training to staff and safely transport clients as needed.
Oshkosh, WI
ScheduleMonday-Friday with several evenings per week; may need to support staff during weekends as needed
Salary$58, annually

- A minimum of one year of experience working with at-risk youth and families with multiple issues is required.
- Must have reliable transportation on a daily basis, a valid driver's license, and automobile insurance.
- Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Criminal Justice, or related.
