Advanced Coatings is seeking a qualified team leader to engage, motivate and set a strong example for our employees while managing the E-Coat Line at our Oshkosh Facility.

You should also be able to act proactively to ensure smooth team operations and effective collaboration. You will be responsible for overseeing and motivating team members on a daily basis.

Advanced Coatings, Inc. is looking for a Team Leader on 2nd shift to join our team at our Oshkosh, WI facility. The ideal candidate for this position would be able to do the following:
- Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture

- Execute the day to day schedule and managing the changing needs of our customers daily
- Delegate tasks and set deadlines
- Oversee day-to-day operation
- Monitor team performance and report on metrics
