SCHEDULE OPTIONS
  • 2-2-3 Rotating Shift (5:00‑5:00) switching between day shift and night shift every two weeks
COMPENSATION
  • $30.84/hour + $1.20 night shift premium and 1.5x pay on Sundays
WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • Lead all aspects of operation of press lines including changeovers, machine start‑up, running and shut-down.
  • Support operations in becoming world‑class in all aspects of the business, beginning with safety.
  • Run all jobs in accordance with customer specification, manufacturing specification, print specification, color folders and standard operating procedures.
  • Ensure all appropriate paperwork is filled out accurately and completely, including production reports, job verification sheets, ink usage sheets, QA reports, roll tickets (all flags recorded), S.O.C sheets and other assigned documents.
  • Work with and direct the press assistant and pit crew to minimize job change‑over and down‑time.
  • Train and direct the press assistant to become efficient at all required assistant duties defined in each level of the assistant training matrix on time.
  • Maintain product safety knowledge and understanding.
  • Comply with all 5S and WCM initiatives (cross‑training, material movement).
  • Perform all other duties as assigned by supervisor or management.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Ability to lift up to 50‑60 lbs.
  • Willing and able to stand and walk for an 8‑12 hour shift.
  • Frequent reaching, bending, stooping, kneeling, twisting.
  • Frequent use of wrist and hands.
  • Frequent stepping up and down from platforms.

  • Previous manufacturing experience.
  • Knowledgeable and able to understand a computer and programs.

  • Visual acuity to perform visual inspection including use of measurement devices and ability to distinguish colors.
  • Ability to interact effectively and professionally with others in a team environment.
