Role:
Operate napkin machines to produce high quality disposable tabletop products for the Food service industry. The Napkin Operator may also assist with packing finished product, machine change‑overs, printing‑press set‑ups, and cleaning/maintenance of primary and secondary equipment.

• Follow all safety aspects of equipment used and departmental safety policies and procedures.
• Efficiently perform work activities in keeping with current production, quality, safety, and housekeeping standards.
• Operate napkin machine; pack or assist in packing napkins; perform machine change‑over; set‑up printing press; clean and maintain equipment.
• Assist napkin packers with packaging of product or other duties that may arise.
• Communicate and document information effectively.
• Show willingness to participate in and utilize new training, tools, and educational opportunities.
• Work with trainers and colleagues to solve problems.
• Perform all other duties assigned by a manager or supervisor.

• Comfortable with physical work, including lifting and stacking.
• Able to stand for long periods and work in a fast‑paced environment.

• Openings available on all shifts: 1st and 2nd shifts rotate weekly; 1st shift 6:55 am–2:55 pm, 2nd shift 2:55 pm–10:55 pm, 3rd shift 10:55 pm–6:55 am.
• May be required to work up to 12 hours a day and Saturday or Sunday for a maximum of 60 hours per week.
