Forklift Operator​/Material Handler – Night Shift

Hoffmaster Group, Inc. in Clintonville is hiring full-time Forklift Operators and Material Handlers to support our production team. Enjoy steady hours, great benefits, and every other weekend off.

• Operate forklifts, clamp trucks, and other powered equipment safely
• Deliver raw materials to production machines and move finished goods to storage or staging areas
• Load and unload trucks and trailers
• Use RF scanners to track materials
• Replace LP tanks and inspect battery equipment
• Maintain a clean, safe work area
• Follow GMP, SQF, and all plant safety procedures

• High school diploma or GED
• Forklift experience preferred (training provided if needed)
• Comfortable working 12-hour night shifts on a rotating schedule
• Basic math and reading skills
• Safety-first mindset and teamwork attitude
• $1,500 sign-on bonus

• 11 paid holidays + 112 vacation hours + 24 sick hours
• 1 paid wellness day + 40 extra vacation hours for night shift employees

• Schedule:
  
  2-2-3 Rotating Nights | 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM

• Steel-toed shoes (employee provided)
• Safety glasses, hearing protection, and gloves (provided)

• Week 1: Work Mon–Tue, off Wed–Thu, work Fri–Sat–Sun
• Week 2: Off Mon–Tue, work Wed–Thu, off Fri–Sat–Sun

That’s only 14 workdays per month with every other weekend off!
